Chef ANNE DESJARDINS

Anne Desjardins is the chef and owner of L'Eau à la Bouche in Sainte-Adèle, one of the best restaurants in Québec and one of only three Canadian "Relais Gourmands" member establishments in the prestigious Relais & Châteaux chain.

This critically acclaimed chef has won many awards honouring her exceptional know-how.

  • Named Chevalier (Companion) of the Ordre national du Québec (2002)
  • Winner of the Renaud-Cyr award bestowed by the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries etde l'Alimentation du Québec (2002)
  • Winner of the Table d'Or award bestowed by Tourisme Québec (1998)
