Try this creamy berry smoothie with a fibre boost!


Ingredient List
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup (250 mL) Yoplait® Source® Yogurt (any flavour)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberry halves or frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3/4 cup (175 mL) skim milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 tbsp (45 mL) Fibre 1 Original cereal
Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; scrape sides.
  2. Cover and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
