Fibre-Boosted Strawberry Smoothies

Try this creamy berry smoothie with a fibre boost!
- 1 cup (250 mL) Yoplait® Source® Yogurt (any flavour)
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh strawberry halves or frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) skim milk
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Fibre 1 Original cereal
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; scrape sides.
- Cover and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
