Banana Nut Cheerios provides a simple addition to a refreshing berry and banana smoothie that’s ready in just 10 minutes – perfect for breakfast!


Ingredient List
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup (250 mL) Yoplait® Source® Yogurt (any flavour)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 cup (125 mL) Banana Nut Cheerios or another round oat cereal
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tbsp (25 mL) ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh strawberry halves or raspberries, or frozen whole strawberries
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 cup (125 mL) skim milk
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 to 2 tbsp (15 to 25 mL) granulated sugar
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 banana
Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds; stop blender to scrape sides. Cover and blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into glasses. Serve immediately.
